The inlet speed of industrial gas steam boiler should not be too fast before start-up, generally not less than 4 hours in winter and 2 to 3 hours in other seasons, especially in the early stage of water intake. The influent temperature of cold industrial gas steam boiler is generally less than 100 ��, so that the difference between the feed water temperature entering the drum and the drum wall temperature is not more than 40 ��. For industrial gas steam boilers with incomplete cooling, the influent temperature can be compared with the drum wall temperature, and the general difference should be controlled within 40 ��, otherwise the influent speed should be slowed down.
