Main structure:

The suction inlet and outlet of the pump are vertically upward, and the axial force of the rotor is balanced by the balance plate. Shaft seal can be packing seal, can also be mechanical seal. Rotor support only DG85-80,DG85-67,DG155-67 using sliding bearing, lean oil lubrication, other pumps are rolling bearings.

1. Pump housing part

The pump housing part is mainly composed of a bearing body, a front section, a middle section, a rear section, a guide vane and the like, and is connected into a whole by a bolt, the line in the front section suction port is a horizontal line, and the rear section discharge outlet is vertical to the horizontal section.

2. The rotor part is mainly composed of shaft and impeller, shaft sleeve, balance disk and other parts installed on the shaft. The parts on the shaft are fastened to the shaft with flat keys and sleeve nuts. The whole rotor is supported on the pump shell by the bearings at both ends, and the number of impeller in the rotor part is determined according to the series of the pump.

3, bearing part

There are two kinds of pump bearings: sliding bearing and rolling bearing, which do not bear axial force according to the model. The rotor part of the pump should be allowed to swim in the axial direction in the pump shell in operation, and the concentric ball bearing should not be used.
