The normal water circulation and cooling of the boiler results in the combustion loss of the furnace tube.
2. Waste fuel to reduce boiler output When the boiler is polluted, the heat transfer on the heating surface of the boiler will deteriorate and the exhaust gas temperature will rise. Due to the low thermal conductivity of the scale, the heat transfer is hindered, thus reducing the thermal efficiency of the boiler, increasing the fuel consumption and reducing the output of the boiler. It is proved that for boiler with working pressure of 1.3 MPa, it can waste 5%~8%of fuel by forming 1mm thick mixed scale.
3. After increasing the amount of boiler inspection and repair and endangering the scaling of the heating surface of the safe boiler, it is very difficult to remove the scale or pickling boiler, and the pickling boiler is easy to cause corrosion to the boiler, and the discharge of pickling waste liquid pollutes the environment. It not only damages the boiler life, but also needs a lot of manpower and material resources to carry on the maintenance, at the same time, it also threatens the personal safety and affects the safety of production.
