The function of boiler soot blowing in food factory and its influence on boiler operation, food factory should carry on soot blowing operation after using boiler for a period of time. Because after the boiler runs for a period of time, there will be a lot of ash accumulation and coking on the surface of the boiler body, which will affect the thermal efficiency of the boiler. Therefore, the food factory should carry on the soot blowing procedure to the boiler regularly, improves the boiler thermal efficiency and the fuel utilization efficiency.
(1) the effect of soot blowing: the boiler runs for a long time, and the heating surface accumulates ash and coke, which aggravates the heat transfer. As far as the tail flue is concerned, because of the long accumulation of combustible matter and the re-combustion deterioration, it will run in the boiler. After a period of time, the heating surface needs to be soot blown to clean the heating surface.
(2) the short soot blowing gun is used for the soot blowing of the heating surface of the water wall, and the long soot blowing gun is used for the soot blowing of the superheater and the reheater heating surface.
