2, causes of full boiler water (1) Boiler personnel neglect to monitor the water level, (2) the valve of boiler feed water automatic regulation is not normal, resulting in a large amount of feed water to the boiler; (3) the steam and water connected pipe of boiler water table meter block and discharge cock leak, cause water level indication not correct, cause operation error.
3, diesel fired steam boiler full water treatment method: (1) flushing first and proofreading the water level of each water level meter, (3) the boiler full water treatment method: (1) flushing and checking the water level of each water level meter first, To determine the authenticity of the water level indication. Emergency shutdown program shut down; 2 stop feed water, strengthen sewage valve discharge; 3 open steam main pipe and superheater water delivery valve for rapid water delivery; 4 after normal water level, close the sewage valve and each drain valve, and then resume the operation of rising fire.
