Boiler feed water pump is suitable for conveying clean water with temperature less than 110°C or other non-corrosive liquids with physico-chemical properties similar to water. It is widely used for boiler water supply in industrial and mining enterprises and institutions and urban water supply. DG series pump is especially suitable for boiler water supply, but also widely used in pressure vessel water supply, hot water circulation, high-rise building water supply, farmland irrigation, fire pressurization, hydraulic washing, food, brewing, medicine, chemical industry, aquaculture, environmental protection and other industries.
Main structure:
The inlet and outlet of feed water pump of industrial boiler are vertically upward, and the axial force of rotor is balanced by the balance plate. The shaft seal can be either a packing seal or a mechanical seal. The bearing of the rotor is only dg85-80, dg85-67 and dg155-67 with sliding bearing and thin oil lubrication, and rolling bearing for other pumps.
1, pump shell part
The pump shell is mainly connected with the bearing body, front section, middle section, back section and guide vane with bolts. The inlet line of the front section is horizontal, and the outlet of the back section is horizontal and vertical.
The rotor part is mainly composed of the shaft and the impeller, shaft sleeve, balance plate and other parts installed on the shaft. The parts on the shaft are fastened with a flat key and a bushing nut to form an integral part of the shaft. The whole rotor is supported on the pump shell by both ends of the bearing. The number of impeller in the rotor part is determined according to the series of the pump.
3. Bearing part
Industrial boiler feed water pump pump bearing has two kinds of sliding bearing and rolling bearing, according to the model, do not bear the axial force. The rotor part shall be allowed to swim axially in the pump shell during operation. Centripetal ball bearing is not allowed.
