A recirculation fan is used to extract a part of the low-temperature flue gas behind the economizer, and then send it into the furnace from the vicinity of the cold ash bucket to change the heat absorption ratio of the radiant heating surface and the convective heating surface. For a reheater arranged in a convection flue, when the load is reduced, the reheated steam temperature is reduced, which can increase the amount of recirculated flue gas, increase the heat absorbed by the reheater, and keep the reheated steam temperature unchanged.
The tail flue is divided into two parallel flues by a partition wall, and a superheater and a reheater are arranged in the two flues, and a flue baffle is installed behind the parallel flue economizer. The opening of the baffle can be adjusted to change the flow passage. The flue gas flow of the two flues, thereby regulating the reheated steam temperature. A steam-to-steam heat exchanger is a device that uses superheated steam to heat reheated steam to adjust the temperature of the reheated steam. For boilers equipped with wall reheaters and semi-radiative reheaters, the reheat steam temperature can be adjusted by changing the height of the furnace flame center.
