Hydraulic pressure test procedure of industrial steam boiler

1. The water pressure test should be carried out when the surrounding air temperature is higher than 5 ℃, and antifreeze measures must be taken when the temperature is lower than 5 ℃. The water used for the water pressure test should be kept at a temperature higher than the surrounding dew point to prevent condensation on the surface of the industrial steam boiler. It may be confused with the occurrence of inaccurate conditions such as water seepage, which will increase the difficulty of inspection; however, it should not be too high to prevent vaporization (making the leakage difficult to find) and excessive temperature difference stress, which is generally 20 ° C to 70 ° C.

2. After the water is full, when the pressure is gradually increased to 0.4 MPa, a tightness check is performed, and the bolts of the flange, manhole door and hand hole cover can be tightened once if necessary.

3. During the water pressure test, the water pressure should rise and fall slowly. When the water pressure rises to the working pressure, the pressure increase should be suspended to check for water leakage or abnormal phenomena, and then increase the pressure to the test pressure and hold for 20 minutes. If there is no drop, it is reduced to working pressure for inspection.

4. Any leaks should be recorded so that they can be repaired when the pressure drops to atmospheric pressure.

A hydrostatic test is considered qualified if it meets the following conditions:

1. There are no water drops and water mist on the metal walls and welds of the pressure components;

2. After the hydrostatic test, there is no visible residual deformation;

3. There is no water leakage in the economizer tube and interface.

The above is the relevant content of the hydraulic pressure test procedure of the industrial steam boiler that I share for you, I hope it will be helpful to everyone.
