Why is the industrial steam boiler urgently shut down?

(2) When the water level of the boiler make-up water is still increasing.

(3) When the water supply system fails to supply water to the boiler.

(4) When the water level gauge and the safety valve fail to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.

(5) When the blowdown valve fails and the control valve is not tightly closed.

(6) When the pressure surface or water-cooled wall pipe, smoke pipe, etc. in the boiler are bulging or cracked, the furnace wall and front arch collapse.

The general procedure for emergency shutdown of industrial steam boilers is: immediately stop adding fuel and air supply, weaken the induced air, try to extinguish the open flame in the furnace, stop the burner operation of the oil and gas stove; open the furnace door, ash door and flue after fire extinguishing Baffle to enhance ventilation and cooling; close the main steam valve, open the air valve, safety valve and superheater trap, exhaust steam and reduce pressure; replace the pot water by draining and adding water, the pot water is cooled to about 70 ° C to allow drainage.
