The normal shutdown operation of the steam boiler is to stop the supply of fuel, stop the supply of air, and then stop the air intake; close the pressure supply valve and then close the water supply valve; close the main air valve, open the steam trap; close the flue baffle.
The normal shutdown operation of the hot water boiler is to stop the supply of fuel, stop the supply of air, and then stop the induced air, but it is not allowed to stop the circulating water pump when the boiler outlet temperature is lower than 50 °C.
Prevent the occurrence of water hammer when stopping the circulating water pump. The specific normal shutdown operation of other boilers shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions for use provided by the boiler manufacturer.
