a) The sewage should be carried out when the boiler is under fire or low load, and should be carried out in a short and intermittent manner;
b) Before the sewage discharge, the boiler water level should be adjusted to the upper limit of the normal water level. When draining the water, the water level should be closely monitored to prevent the boiler from being dehydrated;
c) The person operating the drain valve, if the water level of the water level gauge cannot be directly observed. The monitoring personnel of the water level gauge should be contacted to carry out the sewage discharge;
d) It must be drained every eight hours. If multiple boilers share a single sewage main pipe, and there is no check valve on each Small Gas Fired Steam industrial boiler sewage pipe, simultaneous sewage discharge is prohibited;
e) No other operations should be carried out when discharging sewage. If other operations are necessary, the sewage should be stopped first;
f) When discharging the sewage, first open the slow opening valve close to the Small Gas Fired Steam industrial boiler, then disconnect and close the quick opening valve away from the boiler for rapid sewage discharge. After the sewage discharge is finished, first close the valve, then close the valve slowly, then open the valve slightly, open the valve and close it after draining the water;
g) After the blowdown operation is completed, after the drain valve is closed, the drain outlet should be checked to confirm that there is no leak.
