1. The water pressure test should be carried out when the ambient temperature is higher than 5 °C. When it is lower than 5 °C, anti-freezing measures must be taken. The water used for the hydraulic test should be kept above the ambient dew point to prevent condensation on the Low Price Gas Steam industrial boiler surface. Unclear conditions such as water seepage may be confused and increase the difficulty of inspection; however, it is not suitable for the temperature to be too high to prevent vaporization (to make the leak difficult to find) and excessive temperature difference stress, generally 20 ° C ~ 70 ° C.
2. After the water is full, gradually increase the pressure to 0.4MPa, that is, perform a tight inspection. If necessary, tighten the bolts of the flange, manhole door and hand hole cover.
3. During the water pressure test, the water pressure should be slowly raised and lowered. When the water pressure rises to the working pressure, the pressure should be suspended, check for water leakage or abnormality, and then boost to the test pressure for 20 minutes. There is no drop, that is, it is reduced to the working pressure for inspection.
4. Any leaks should be recorded to reduce the pressure to atmospheric pressure.
The hydraulic test is considered to be qualified if it meets the following conditions:
1. There are no water drops and water mist on the metal wall and weld of the pressure component;
2. After the hydrostatic test, there is no visible residual deformation;
3. There is no water leakage in the economizer tube and interface.
