Operation steps of 2 Tons Gas Steam industrial boiler Fan start-up
Check the quality and quantity of the lubricant and confirm that it meets the requirements;
Check the bearing seal cover and seal, check the bearing cooling water, and confirm that it is in good condition;
Check the inside of the casing, the vicinity of the coupling, the protective device of the transmission belt, etc., and there should be no debris that hinders the rotation;
Check all the foundation anchors and ensure that they are tight. Turn the impeller once or twice by hand before starting. Confirm that the impeller has no jam and friction;
Turn off the fan population adjustment device baffle;
Check the correctness to start the fan and check the fan steering. Verify that the motor current is within the required range;
After the fan is started, gradually open the large fan population adjustment device baffle to the appropriate air volume.
